    Wheat, sour dough, rye, English muffin or biscuit.
  • Syrup

    Add pure maple syrup, 2 oz., for $2.
  • Eggs

    Large AA. For a little more, we have local organic eggs, egg whites, or lite eggs.
  • Salsa

    Red, veggie green, or pork green.
  • Cheese

    Cheddar, jack, Swiss, mozzarella, or provolone.

    Add $1 for feta or gorgonzola.
